How we work
Patient, and safe
Two promises. First, nobody will make you feel slow — questions get answered as many times as you need, because that's the job.
Second, safety. We will never ask for a password, never ask to take control of your device for banking, and never ask you to buy gift cards or move money. Anyone who does is a scammer, including anyone claiming to be us.

The questions we get most
I'm not good with technology.
Almost everyone says that in the first session. It's usually not true — most people were simply never shown, and shown again the following week.
Will you ask for my passwords?
Never. No legitimate helper asks for passwords or banking access. We'll show you how to manage passwords yourself, safely.
What device do I need?
Whatever you already own — an iPhone, an Android phone, an iPad or a computer. We don't sell devices and won't tell you to buy one.
My son set everything up and I don't understand it.
Very common. We can go through it with you, and if it helps, he's welcome to join a session so everyone agrees on how things are set up.
What if I forget everything between sessions?
That's expected, and it's why every session comes with written steps in large print. Repeating things is part of the method, not a problem.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contract, no minimum term. Access stays open until the end of the month you already paid for.
